Is Big Game Weekend Really The Best Time To Buy A TV

I have often heard that Big Game weekend is the best time to buy a TV.  Well it just so happens that I need a TV for my bedroom. And I am going shopping for one this weekend.

Normally I would shop online but this time I going get out like normal people and shop until get find a great deal.
