A federal judge has sentenced a man to 10 years in prison for inducing a child to engage in sexual activity.
According to al.com, U.S. District Judge Virginia Emerson Hopkins sentenced 49-year-old Earl Wayne Babin. Babin pleaded guilty to coercion and enticement charges.

Babin admitted that he used hidden cameras and provided lingerie for the child, then sent text messages urging her to try on the undergarments so he could produce visual images

. Babin did this between July 2012 and March 2014 when the child was less than 16 years old.

The judge ordered Babin to remain on supervised release for 15 years once he completes his prison sentence.
