More Parking for Downtown Tuscaloosa, Boy was it needed

Last week I showed up at the Tuscaloosa parade thinking I could just pull up and I'll be good to walk right up to last weeks holiday event. Well to my surprise it wasn't that easy, It took me over 30 minutes to find a place to park.

I was thinking to myself, being a new be here to Tuscaloosa, that we are in desperately need of additional  parking not just downtown, but in many locations throughout the city and the stripe, especially on game day.

Well the cry has been answered be cause the city approved Unanimously to add additional parking to downtown Tuscaloosa, not just street parking, but a 4 story structure that can hold as many as 200 cars. Also the deck will come with plenty of lights and Cameras.
