My Favorite Commercial from Last Night’s Game
Last night, I just couldn't bring myself to watch the biggest NFL game of the season! For the past several years, I've always watched it because of the commercials. So, this year, I decided to find the commercials (and halftime show) online AFTER the game rather than sit through hours of watching teams play when I'm not really a fan.
At first, I didn't really see anything of interest, but the last 3 I watched captured my interest like none other. I don't remember if I was watching a countdown to the best or what, but these were definitely amongst the top contenders for me:
1. The Budweiser Clydesdales- Sweet and sentimental.
2. Jeep's Soldiers Tribute- I think we can all empathize with families who have shared a member or multiple members with our military. They make serious sacrifices, and their homecomings are always very joyous and emotional.
3. Mercedes-Benz's CLA Introduction- This one captured my interest not only because of its originality in expressing its mass appeal, owner's catapult in desirability across the board, and the way its affordability was showcased, but also because the company is one of the larger employers in Tuscaloosa County. Yes, I had to show a little favoritism for that alone!
