My Time at Holidays on the River

Friday night, we had 92.9 night at Holidays on the River at the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater. Each year, they bring an outdoor ice skating rink to the city of Tuscaloosa.

Despite the cold weather, it was still a good turn out. We saw a couple of our loyal listeners. However, the colder the weather the better the ice skating rink turns out.

We always hear complaints about how there's ' nothing to do' in Tuscaloosa, but this event is great for the entire family.

They will be opened until the beginning of January. It's free to get inside the amphitheater, and $10 to ice skate. So even if you don't want to get on the rink, you can grab some refreshments for the concession stand and hang out with friends.
