For all the lovers of felines, today is your day.

National Cat Day was founded by animal welfare advocates Colleen Paige and Adam Olis.

It is a celebration that takes place on October 29, every year in the United States
National Cat Day organizers want cats to find good homes, and the occasion is a fine time to consider adopting a cat from a shelter or pet rescue organization.

Also to recognize the number of cats that need to be rescued each year and also to encourage cat lovers and guardians to celebrate the day for their unconditional love and fellowship.
Cats have so many different personalities and there is so much to learn about them. By watching a cat's natural behavior we can teach our children a lot about responsibility.

Our cat can be a good guide and role model for parents, whose goal is to raise an independent child.
