Nearly A Hundred Arrested in Tuscaloosa Drug Bust

According to an undisclosed source, over 90 people have been arrested in a day-long drug bust, surrounding the University of Alabama campus. About 75% of those arrested are said to be University students.

The arrests are the culmination of an investigation that stemmed from traffic stops in which drugs were found in the vehicles.  Law enforcement agents began making arrests around 2:30 this morning and the last suspects were apprehended at nearly 1:00 this afternoon.

Tuscaloosa Police have scheduled a press conference for 3:00pm, where more information will be released.
