Invasion Leaves One Dead at The Links

According to an unnamed source, one body was recovered after a home invasion at The Links Apartment Homes in which the occupant opened fire on intruders.

Two men are said to have entered an apartment which was occupied, possibly to burglarize the unit. The occupant opened fire, killing one of the men.  The other fled and attempted to escape over the balcony, breaking a leg and an arm.

As of now, no further details have been released.
