Since the beginning of this year, I've tried to incorporate more exercise into my daily life, drink more water, and eat healthier. This past weekend, I got plenty of exercise. But water and food? Horrible!

I feel a little bad about it, but I knew I'd make up for my bad behavior through the week. For the last two weeks or so, I've been eating salads for lunch.

My salads have lettuce, cherry tomatoes, chicken, cheese, and dried cranberries. For my dressing, I use either raspberry vinaigrette or creamy salsa.

It's strange, but even eating one every day, I haven't grown tired of it. Hopefully, I won't. I mean, I sure didn't get tired of eating ice cream every day. Here's to hoping I've traded a bad habit for a better one.
