She’s Off to Germany!

This morning, I dropped off my mom at the airport for her trip to Germany. During the ride, I told her how proud I am of her ability to raise 5 kids on her own in addition to all the other adversity she's overcome.

Although she's going for work, she has the opportunity to see the north eastern quarter of the world without having to pay for it. The favor she's been given is as AMAZING as her strength and courage.

It's going to be hard knowing that she's so far away, but I'll take joy in knowing she will return with stories to tell about a new life experience.
