Tuscaloosa tornado

Thursday marked six years since the EF-4 tornado swept through Tuscaloosa taking 53 lives with it and forever changing the city and its people.

Everyone remembers this date 5 years ago when tornado ripped through our town.

University of Alabama student Randy Robbins was in the direct path of the tornado and was among the walking injured who made their way to DCH Regional Hospital.

I've noticed that the older I get, the more emotional I become. Sometimes, I think it's the fact that having a child has caused me to slow down and better appreciate the small things in life. As my pastor has been teaching a series on relationships (and an AWESOME series it is), today I am reminded of a relationship that ended 4 years ago.
