Tuscaloosa Police report that 30-year-old Laquincy Quanard Evans of Marion, MS was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with 2 counts of Sodomy 1st Degree and 1 count of Sexual Abuse of a Child Less than 12 in connection with offenses that occurred in Tuscaloosa. The victim was 5 years old at the time of the incident. Evans was placed in the Tuscaloosa County Jail pending a $150,000 bond.
