What kind of parent would do that to an innocent child?

After the father gets arrested he neglects to tell the police that he has a small child with him and that's where we get the headline from.

It appears that this man has had a history of public intoxication and this was just another one of those times.

The difference this time is that he had his 2 yr-old daughter with him, who ended up wandering alone on Greensboro Avenue.

Fortunately the mother was contacted and came and got the child.
