Toni Braxton has experienced triumph and hardship in her storied career. From successful albums to health scares to tax woes, the songbird is a true soul survivor. She plans to tell it all in her new biography, 'Unbreak My Heart.'

According to Centric, the memoir will chronicle Toni's rise to fame, her financial troubles, health issues and personal life.

The book is set to hit shelves in April 2014, according to the publisher, HarperCollins' website.

In the meantime, Toni, who recently celebrated her 46th birthday, is promoting her next project 'Love, Marriage & Divorce,' her duets album with Kenny 'Babyface' Edmonds. The collection is due to arrive in stores Nov. 25 via Motown Records.

In addition, Toni and Babyface will officially premiere their new video for their latest single, 'Hurt You,' on Friday (Oct. 11).

And that's not all. The dynamic duo are headed to Broadway next year to star in the musical revue of 'After Midnight.' Toni and Babyface will join the production, based on the life of jazz icon Duke Ellington, beginning March 18-30, 2014.
