A widower has settled a $6 million lawsuit against 3 airlines who deemed his wife "too fat to fly."

Apparently, Delta airlines flew 407lb. Vilma Soltesz to the couple's holiday home in Hungary, but airlines refused to fly her back, saying she was too fat to fly.

I'd think that at the very least, they could have had her to purchase two seats on every flight needed for her to come home.  Surely, 200lb people flight every day using only one seat.  So, what would have been the problem with having her to purchase two seats?
