A man recently released from prison is back in jail, charged with a weekend sexual assault in Tuscaloosa. The victim said that Lamont Cooper, who was released from prison two weeks ago, sexually assaulted her.

According to al.com, Cooper had fled the scene, and a lookout bulletin was issued for him. Authorities searched for him, and he was found at a home in the 1500 block of 44th Avenue.

Cooper was convicted in 1997 of two counts of first-degree robbery and one count of theft of property.
