Why Are People Dying In The Madison County Jail?

A nineteen year old dies naked on the floor while in jail.  What’s wrong with the way that sounds? If that’s not crazy enough, the cause of death was gangrene.

This has happened on more than one occasion at the Madison County Jail.

In this case according to a lawsuit 19-year-old Deundrez Woods from Huntsville, was arrested for shoplifting Star Wars DVDs at Wal-Mart in June of 2013 and again for passing a phony $100 bill in July.  He was sent to jail, where a wound in his foot became infected and he died.   Read more at Al.com
