More bad press over the way the police deal with the public.

A Baltimore woman is suing the city's police department, claiming officers roughed her up while she videotaped cops attacking another man.

Kianga Mwamba is seeking $7 million. She says the incident was mortifying:

It gives me chills. I still cry at night sometimes when I think about it."

Mwamba, whose father is a cop, says the police deleted the video, but she managed to retrieve it. Police also say she was arrested for hitting an officer with her car, a charge she denies.

The Baltimore police department, meanwhile, issued a statement on the matter, claiming, "The video does not capture enough information to draw definitive conclusions about what transpired before and during the arrest. What is clear is that the language used is unacceptable and will not be tolerated."
