Celebrate National PB&J Day

PB&J in a jar
PB&J Day How Will You Celebrate?

No matter how you like it — crunchy or smooth peanut butter; raspberry, strawberry, or classic grape jelly; crusts on or crusts off — you really can’t go wrong with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. To honor the perfect marriage of these ingredients, PB&J is in the spotlight as we celebrate National PB&J Day today, April 2. As with most of us PB&J sandwiches bring back fond memories of childhood. After school, after playing outside, after pretty much anything mom would fix a PB&J and the world was alright again in your eyes. How will you celebrate PB&J Day? What’s your favorite way to eat a PB&J sandwich?
