According to Tuscaloosa Police, 18-year-old Rashaad Lavonte Freeman has been arrested following an investigation into alleged sexual acts with  13-year-old and a 14-year-old girls. Freeman was taken to the Tuscaloosa County Jail, charged with two counts of rape 2nd degree and pending a $60,000 bond. More charges are expected.
