Tuscaloosa Real Estate: Hot Spot to Watch

Remember back in January, when I told you of the new restaurants coming to the Skyland/69 S area? Well, I have more information about the Starbucks!

According to a source involved in the development, Starbucks is slated to open on the weekend of September 17th/18th next to Captain D's.

(*clears throat and whispers* Keep your eye on area real estate, including condos. For aging communities like Skyland Park and Sutton Place, prices are pretty low right now, but they WILL be increasing as more developments come to the area. Thinking of starting a business? Look for a spot on Skyland between Greensboro Ave. and McFarland Blvd. With the development of Skyland/69 S and Encore Tuscaloosa coming to Skyland/McFarland, areas in between will see an increase in traffic as well.
