In February 2026, the Black History Makers of Alabama returns with 92.9 WTUG, Praise 93.3, 105.1 The Block, and the Tuscaloosa Thread, along with our community partners, the Tuscaloosa Branch of the NAACP and the Tuscaloosa County – West Alabama Chapter of the NPHC.

With so many leaders, changemakers, and unsung heroes making a difference, we invite you to help us honor those who deserve recognition in our communities this Black History Month.
