Tuscaloosa investigators have charged 26-year-old Krystal Doughty with attempted murder after she allegedly stabbed a man in the mouth when he her boyfriend for the money he owes him.

According to  AL.com article the commander Captain Gary Hood of the Tuscaloosa  County  Metro Homicide Unit said officers were called to DCH Regional Medical Center around 3:30 Sunday afternoon after the admission of a man with a stab wound.

According to the al.com the victim a 23-year-old black male is in critical but stable condition with life threatening injuries.

Krystal Doughty is being held in the Tuscaloosa County Jail pending payment of an $80,000 bond. Read the full story at al.com
