Six Years Ago This Park Was Destroyed By The April 27th Tornadoes
There was a lot damage six years ago up and down Greensboro Ave. and the April 27th Tornado tore through many parts of our city. Gone was Harmon Park in Rosedale Park that was right in the path of the storm.
The reopening of the Park is took place this morning, the playground itself cost over half million dollars and is the center piece of the park. The Tornado that hit was like bomb, that's why the rebuilt structure is made of Metal and reinforced.
The weather tomorrow is suppose to be excellent, so stop by and check out the new Harmon park, it's been 6 years in getting this project done.
