Alabama ABC Board Bans Margarita Pitchers

Looking to get your drink on? You're not going to be able to do it with a pitcher of frozen margs-- at least not here in Alabama. 

The Alabama Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is now reminding licencees that the only alcoholic drink that may be served in a pitcher in this state is beer.

The ABC Board is apparently concerned about the concentration of alcohol within pitchers of margaritas; glasses poured as the pitcher is emptied could possibly have a much higher concentration of alcohol than the initial pour.
