Alabama Football Weather Outlook: Do You Need a Jacket or Tank Top?
Cheering on your favorite high school or college to their victory? Be sure you have a handle on the weather forecast before you go.
We have gone between “Fake Fall” and some very hot temperatures over the past few weeks. A cold front will be passing through the Yellowhammer State and that should make conditions far more pleasant for Alabamians.
We are still monitoring the potential of Invest 98L and its potential to develop into a hurricane as the system moves into the southern Gulf of Mexico. It is still very early in the process and we will bring you updates on this system.
Find out if you need a jacket or a tank top!
FRIDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL
James Spann, ABC 33/40, and Townsquare Media Tuscaloosa Chief Meteorologist said that it will be “perfect weather for the high school games across the state tomorrow night; clear and very pleasant with temperatures falling into the 60s.”
GAME DAY SATURDAY
For those chanting “War Eagle” on “Saturday, Auburn hosts Missouri at Jordan-Hare Stadium (11a CT kickoff)... the sky will be sunny with temperatures rising from near 77 and kickoff, into the low 80s by the second half,” said Spann.
Are you rollin’ with the Tide? Spann said that “Alabama will host Vanderbilt at Bryant Denny Stadium Saturday evening (6:30p CT kickoff)... the sky will be clear with temperatures falling from 80 degrees at kickoff, into the low 70s by the final whistle.”
