Alabama QB Greg McElroy In Town Today For General Mills Tailgate Nation Pep Rally

Be sure to join former Alabama Crimson Tide quarterback Greg McElroy for the General Mills Tailgate Nation Pep Rally today at Wal-Mart located on 1501 Skyland Blvd East.  He is in town to get fans ready for the Alabama football game this Saturday!  The fun will take place between 3:30 pm and 7:30 pm.  It will be an exciting afternoon with the Alabama cheerleaders, mascot Big AL, Alabama National Champion QB Greg McElroy, and more all to get ready for Saturday’s game.  For more details, you can check out www.Fanatics.com/WalmartTailgate

Yesterday, I was able to interview Alabama National Champion QB Greg McElroy, and I found him to be so much fun!  We talked about everything from the General Mills Tailgate Nation Pep Rally that takes place today, possible Heisman contenders, great Nick Saban stories, and more!  And as a marching band member for all of high school (Ely High School) and college (Bethune-Cookman College - now University) I felt compelled to let Greg know that I believe that Football season is also Marching Band season.  He quickly let me know that he was able to do an HBCU game a few years ago and he said “that marching band experience was the greatest experience I’ve ever had” and that he had “a newfound appreciation for how much talent there is in the marching band.”  Click here to listen to the full interview from Tuesday September 24, 2019.
