Another Dumb A$$ Criminal

Now this is one for the ages, a man was arrested outside of an Alabama prison for....get this...Throwing cell phones and marijuana over the fence into the yard. The thing about this is SWAT and other officers responded to William E. Donaldson Correctional Facility Sunday night on a report of two escapees.

When they arrived they found 25-year-old Derrick Jesse Lee Brown. He was not the escaped prisoners they were looking for he wasn't even an inmate(not until after this).

Upon a further search authorities found at least 4 ounces of marijuana along with 17 cell phones and chargers that he was throwing over the fence at the prison.

According to the Jefferson County Jail, he is charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, and two counts of promoting prison contraband.
