We already know B.o.B. doesn't believe the Earth is round but now, the Atlanta rapper has revealed he's not sure if the slave trade actually ever happened.

On Wednesday (Nov. 1), B.o.B. posted a video on Instagram and asked, "They say slavery lasted 400 yrs... America is only 250 yrs old... You ever seen a slave ship?" In the video, an unidentified man claims Europeans changed up chronology to confuse us.

"They can find a billion year old dinosaur bone but can't find any slave ships. #AseerTheDukeofTiers #apparently#SlaveryIsNotInMyDNA #WeBeenHere," B.o.B continued in his caption.

While the rapper may have never seen a slave ship, in 2015 the Smithsonian received artifacts from a sunken 18th-century slave ship. The artifacts come from the wreck of the São José-Paquete de Africa, a Portuguese ship en route to Brazil while carrying more than 400 enslaved people from Mozambique in December 1794.

“They have found ships that were once slave ships but didn’t sink on the voyage. This is the first ship that we know of that actually sank with enslaved people on it," said Lonnie G. Bunch III, the found director of the museum.
