Bacon…Without The Pig?

With Bacon N Brewfest coming up this weekend, I thought to reveal some of the lesser known types of bacon. We have all heard of turkey bacon, veggie bacon and so on. I did a little looking around and found there are more 'non-pork' types of bacon that I never could have imagined.
