This limited special has four varieties, Fresh Strawberry Cheesecake Pancake Tacos, Caramel Banana Pancake Tacos, Breakfast Pancake Tacos, and Country and Gravy Pancake Tacos. Plus you can get these in a combo that includes eggs, meat options, and hash browns.

I already enjoy IHOP pancakes. The thought of pancake tacos was intriguing.

Fresh Strawberry Cheesecake Pancake Tacos

This is a pleasant sweet treat. You will find the creamy cheesecake mousse inside the three folded silver dollar pancakes. It’s topped with fresh sliced strawberries and chocolate chips. I found it light and perfect for summer.

Caramel Banana Pancake Tacos

It’s a dish that is almost like a foldable banana pudding. A drizzle of vanilla sauce really hits the spot. This also has a creamy cheesecake mousse with freshly sliced bananas and chocolate chops. I certainly enjoyed it.

Breakfast Pancake Tacos

One word comes to mind with the first bite, iconic. The thick ‘n fluffy pancakes hold in all the scrambled eggs, hickory-smoke bacon, Jack & Cheddar cheeses, and a white cheese sauce. It really hit the spot.

Country and Gravy Pancake Tacos

The star of the show to me is this classic play on country chicken and gravy nestled inside the silver dollar pancake that has a bed of shredded hash browns, and Jack & Cheddar cheeses. This was my favorite because it was like a warm hug.

Texture:

First of all, you already know that pancakes are always thick ‘n fluffy. Each dish was really good in its own unique way.

The Fresh Strawberry Cheesecake Pancake Tacos were light and the fresh strawberries were a hit. The Caramel Banana Pancake Tacos had a good dessert feel. Breakfast Pancake Tacos have a warm feeling with a meaty balance. The gravy was incredible on the Country and Gravy Pancake Tacos.

Value:

It’s a great value. You can score these pancake tacos which come in three to meal for $6.00.
