One of the first questions on my mind everyday is, "What's for dinner?"

Well, here is the answer for today. Country style ribs with homemade spice rub (recipe to follow), Braised cabbage and cornbread (with corn in it). First gotta have meat, rinse meat pat dry, then rub with olive oil (so seasoning will stick) then Generously rub in spice blend place meat in ziplock bag and put in fridge for at least an hour.

Meanwhile take the cabbage out, remove outer leaves, and rinse thoroughly. Then cut in half and slice very thinly. Heat in a large skillet with oil, add garlic, cook 2-3 mins then add in cabbage. Cook on med-high stirring frequently 4-5 mins then add 2 cups chicken broth, cover and reduce heat to low and simmer 20-25 mins. Put pork in 350 degree oven covered with foil. Bake 20-25 mins remove from stove and let rest before slicing serve with cabbage. Enjoy!
