
Burglar Locks 96-Year-Old Tuscaloosa Woman in Her Closet
A 96-year-old woman was left locked in a closet while her home was being burglarized. The Tuscaloosa News reports that a man knocked on the door of the woman's home in the 1400 block of 14th Street around 4:40 p.m. Sunday, May 13, 2018.
The suspect entered the woman's home and asked her for money before locking her in a bedroom closet. He took money and left; he was reported to be wearing checkered pants and a white shirt.
The Tuscaloosa Police Department is asking for anyone with information on the suspect to contact them.
