Who wouldn't want a dude like Colin Kaepernick on their team?

The outspoken NFL quarterback recently donated $50,000 to Meals on Wheels America following Donald Trump's proposed budget cuts, which would slash funding for the program that provides free meals for the elderly. He also donated $50,000 to Love Army for Somalia, a campaign trying to reach a $2 million goal for fundraising for the nation facing starvation.

Kaepernick is a free agent, and his donation comes on the heels of Trump suggesting he hasn't been signed yet because NFL owners don't want to get a "nasty tweet from Donald Trump."

Nevertheless, Kaepernick has been putting his money where his mouth is. Since October, he's donated $100,000 per month to various charities and organizations, including the Black Veterans for Social Justice, 360.org, the Center for Reproductive Rights in New York and the Coalition for Human Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles to name a few.

So again, the question is: who wouldn't want a stand up guy like Kaepernick on their team? If there's any hesitancy to sign him specifically due to his political and social justice beliefs, it says more about the integrity of the organization than it does him.
