Comcast Opens Hotspots Ahead of Irma
Now, here’s a company that gives the appearance it may care more about people than money!
According to the Palm Beach Post, Comcast has announced that it’s opening its Xfinity WiFi hotspots to non-customers in advance of Hurricane Irma’s arrival. This is being done in a move to make sure people have a way to communicate before, during, and after the storm.
It would be great if more companies thought this way. Somehow, when you show that you care about people, they are more apt to spend money with you when they don’t have to. If Comcast has this in mind and is using this opportunity to become more endearing…. Well, good for them! For full details, click here.
