Did You Watch the Eclipse?

Over the past few days, all talk everywhere has been about the total solar eclipse that would be visible in the United States! 

The search for safety glasses caused a bit of commotion as area stores sold out quickly days ahead of the event.  Many events were planned around it from a viewing party at Government Plaza to teachers taking their classes out and playing the event on television for all students to see it.

Personally, I can say that I'm slightly disappointed.  It didn't get as dark as I expected.  And it didn't give me the euphoric feeling of having witnessed a phenomenon. I don't think I had any other expectations.
