Doug E. Fresh Gathers Stars for Video that Encourages Hand Washing

One of the easiest ways to prevent contracting the novel coronavirus is hand washing for at least 20 seconds.

Unfortunately, unless you have to keep time regularly, not many are aware of just how long 20 seconds are.

Now, Doug E. Fresh and other celebrities have taken part in a video that encourages hand washing, and IT GOES HARD!

You danced, right?  Of course you did.

But did you wash your hands? Probably not.

However, (especially if you listen to the song more than once) this song will probably come to mind the next time you go to wash your hands.  If you decide to sing it while you wash your hands, you'll definitely make that 20-second mark. All you need is this part:

Wash your hands, everybody

And everybody, wash your hands

20 seconds or more

Say that part twice at the same tempo as the song, and you've washed for 20 seconds.

As a matter of fact, it might not be a bad idea to teach the song to your kids and encourage them to sing it as they wash their hands.
