So it's the 3rd day of spring and with that comes Spring Practice for the Alabma Crimson Tide Football. The Focus this spring is Personal Goals. The team is working on being better of course this year. Meaning self addressing where you think you should be as they prepare for next years challenges.

A Day Game will be  April 22nd at Bryant Denny Stadium at 2pm and carried live on ESPN and on the radio on our sister station 95.3 the Bear

Saban says everyone should have the thoughts of how to make this team better.
