German Children Weighed Down by Sand

Remember when children who misbehaved would be put out of the classroom? Then, those with hall passes for whatever reason would taunt the hall resident.

Well, in nah, a different practice is being used for hyper children. They're being weighed down... literally.

Children with a bit too much energy are being made to wear vests filled with sand. Check it out. 

Of course, this is not without controversy. But should more ways to manage hyper children be sought in America? What are your thoughts?
