After coming off a monster 2020 season, former Alabama running back Derrick Henry wanted to make sure his offensive line got the reward they deserved. In honor of his 2,000 rushing yards, Henry gave his teammates a special thank you gift.

Henry's teammates received a gold 2k chain with their name and number engraved on the backside. The chain is not the only gift the star running back has given to his teammates. After Henry claimed the rushing title in 2019, the star running back gifted the upfront group with Rolex watches. At Christmas, Henry sent them all an arcade-style Pac-Man game.

Over the past two seasons, Henry ran for over 3,000 yards and scored 33 touchdowns with help from the improved o-line. During the 2020 season, the upfront group only allowed 25 sacks and the run-block allowed Henry to rush for 2,000 yards.  All five starters are under contract until 2021 and expect the position to be just as good as last years.

Henry became the eighth player in the NFL to reach the 2,000 mark and has the fifth-highest yard total. Henry helped the Titans win the AFC South for the first since 2008. The Titans used the franchise tag on Henry in 2020 and led to a contract extension. He signed a four-year, $50 million contract in July and ran for 2,000 yards in just the first year of his new contract.

Derrick Henry takes care of his offensive line off the field, just like they take care of him on the field.
