Should Relationships Have Written Rules?

I found this video to be quite entertaining. Some MEN do get out of line in terms of relationship boundaries.  Yes, I know this video is about women.  Yet, because I don't date women, I can't say whether we do this or not.  Watch it and tell me your thoughts.
