Tuscaloosa County and Central High School kicked off their 2024 varsity football season Friday evening.

Down 28-7 early in the third quarter, the Central Falcons stormed back to win 31-28. Junior place kicker Graham Wolfe scored the go-ahead game-winning field goal in the dying embers of the fourth quarter.

A fantastic effort by sophomore quarterback Armani White and the Falcons pushed them to the comeback victory to start their season 1-0.
