The Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama’s Adopt-A-School program announced a new partnership via press release Wednesday.

The partnership is between Boostr Digital Displays and Sipsey Valley High School.

“We’re thrilled to officially be an Adopt-A-School partner for Sipsey Valley High School,” said Caitlin Lucas, vice president of marketing at Boostr Digital Displays in the press release.

“At Boostr, we’re passionate about investing in the next generation and supporting our local community. We’re proud to stand alongside Sipsey Valley as a public supporter throughout the year, cheering on students and staff every step of the way.”

This partnership will allow Boostr to support students and educators at Sipsey Valley by recognizing excellence through the school’s student of the month and teacher of the month programs. In addition, Boostr plans to treat faculty to meals throughout the year, provide a wireless transmitter for the school’s drone, and send representatives to share real-world business and marketing insights with students in the sports entertainment marketing class.

“Sipsey Valley High School is excited that Boostr will be its newest Adopt-A-School partner,” said Sipsey Valley High School Principal Dr. Danny Jordan in the press release.

“We have been working with them for a couple of years now, and they are a first-class organization. We also know that they truly care about this community and the students in The Valley. It is going to be awesome to have them working in our classrooms and supporting our children.”

According to the press release, Boostr is planning to create a curriculum to introduce students to computer software and graphics, expanding career pathway opportunities and enhancing classroom learning experiences.

In addition to Boostr, Sipsey Valley High is also proudly partnered with Awards Company of America and Tuscaloosa Coca-Cola Bottling Company, creating a strong network of support for students, teachers, and staff.
