
Tuscaloosa Class To Focus On Pregnancy And Heart Health
Expectant parents in West Alabama will have an opportunity to learn more about labor, delivery, and pregnancy health during an upcoming childbirth education class in Tuscaloosa.
According to event information shared by the Diamonds for Doulas, the class is designed to help prepare parents for labor, birth, and heart health during pregnancy.]
The event is scheduled for Saturday, May 16 from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. at 3073 Palisades Court in Tuscaloosa.

Organizers said the class will cover several important topics connected to pregnancy and childbirth, including advocacy during pregnancy, heart health, lactation education, comfort measures, and birth planning.
