Families Invited to Literacy and Math Day

Families are invited to spend a morning learning and having fun during C&J Resources Learning Academy's free Literacy and Math Day later this month.

The event will take place Saturday, July 25, from 10 a.m. until noon at C&J Resources Learning Academy, located at 535 Jack Warner Parkway NE, Suite E-2, in Tuscaloosa.

Organizers say the family-friendly event is designed to celebrate literacy and mathematics while connecting families with educational resources and community partners.

Attendees can enjoy games, refreshments, vendors and prize giveaways throughout the morning. School supplies will also be distributed while supplies last.

The event will also feature raffles for gift cards and free tutoring sessions, giving families additional opportunities to prepare for the upcoming school year.

Organizers encourage families to arrive early, as school supply giveaways are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The free event is open to the public and aims to provide students with educational support while creating a fun atmosphere for the entire family.
