West Alabama Women Leaders Set to GROW & Flourish

As Women’s History Month shines a spotlight on the progress women have made in business and leadership, one West Alabama organization is making sure that momentum keeps moving forward.

GROW & Flourish Co will host its annual GROW & Flourish Business Summit & Marketplace on March 2–3, 2026, in Tuscaloosa. The two day event is intentionally scheduled during International Women’s Week, connecting local women leaders with a global celebration of women’s achievements.

The summit welcomes women entrepreneurs, founders and executives from across Alabama and beyond for networking, collaboration and practical business growth.

Founded by Heather Falls, GROW & Flourish Co was built to support heart centered women entrepreneurs who want sustainable businesses that align with their family life. Falls stepped away from her corporate career in 2021 with a five month old at home and built her own company from the ground up. Now she helps other women do the same.

“This summit is about honoring the women who came before us and empowering the women building businesses right now,” Falls said. “Women’s History Month reminds us that progress happens when women have access to resources, community and opportunity.”

Beyond business strategy and leadership development, the event also gives back. A portion of Marketplace ticket proceeds will support nonprofit initiatives serving women and families in West Alabama.

“This is about more than business,” Falls added. “It is about building strong women who build strong families, strong companies and strong communities.”
