Jaylen Waddle Links up with NFL Legend
Jaylen Waddle has been a busy man as of late.
In his first offseason as a member of the Miami Dolphins, the former Crimson Tide wideout has done everything from debut a brand new look, give back to his new community and even find time to get in some extra work with a Bama quarterback prospect, Davi Belfort.

This past week, Waddle was training at Gold Feet Global in Ft. Lauderdale, taking reps alongside the likes of fellow NFL star Ja'Marr Chase, and a few former legends as well. In a video of the training session shared to the company's Twitter page, Waddle can be seen working on his route running and showing off some devastating footwork in the process.
Among the current and former players in attendance of the incredible training session was none other than former Cincinnati Bengals superstar Chad Johnson, perhaps more famously known as Chad Ochocinco.
Although not seen in the video above, a short clip of Waddle and Johnson going one-on-one against each other has since made its rounds online, with the Alabama product showing off his devastating footwork once more.
If the video evidence is to be believed, Waddle certainly won the route, hauling in a short slant route that, if in a game, would be an easy touchdown.
After reviewing said evidence; however, Johnson chimed in with his own response, defending his own coverage skills and claiming Waddle was "cheating".
Regardless of Johnson's questionable "cheating" accusations, Waddle has clearly earned the respect of some of the NFL's best at the position, and is taking his first offseason very seriously by working with them.
After an incredible first year in Miami, setting the record for receptions by a rookie, Waddle enters his sophomore season with big expectations. With the addition of another absurdly fast receiver into the lineup like Tyreek Hill, and a revamped offensive line to protect his quarterback, Waddle should continue improving and possibly solidify himself as a top target in the league.
