Know Before You Go: Massive Great White Sharks Located Near Gulf Shores, Alabama
Many Tuscaloosa families plan to spend their Spring Break enjoying the sugar sands of the Gulf Coast. Alabama's beaches are known for pristine waters--but there's something else in the depths this spring.
Several massive Great White Sharks have been tracked in the waters of the Gulf Coast. On Wednesday, OCEARCH's Shark Tracker located an 11-foot and eight-inch Great White Named Edith and another Great White named Cabot who is nine feet and eight inches long.
Edith weighs in at 1,185 pounds and Cabot clocks in at 533 pounds.
