Lack Of Rain Doesn’t Nesscesarily Mean Water Restrictions

You would think with the current drought situation in West Alabama, we would be under severe water restrictions. But we actually are pretty cool, to this date we've had a 32.0 inches of rain this year, and with Lake Tuscaloosa being deep lake we are only down about 3 feet of normal standards.

Which means we aren't under any real water restrictions around town
