Do you have medicine in your cabinet that has either expired or you no longer need, but you don't really want to put in your trash? Well, law enforcement is giving you an opportunity to give properly discard it.

According to an email from the Tuscaloosa Police Department:

On Saturday April 28, 2018, the West Alabama Narcotics Task Force will be participating in the bi-annual DEA National Drug Take Back Program from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm at five locations. There will be Agents from West Alabama Narcotics Task Force at each of the drop-off sites to assist those disposing of any outdated, used or unwanted prescription or over-the-counter medications.  This service is free and anonymous; medical supplies and equipment or glass containers will not be accepted.
